John Waters continues his ultimate exercise in cornering the market on creepy camp by hosting Court TV's new true crime-slash-scripted reenactment series, 'Til Death Do Us Part.
On the series, Waters plays the Groom Reaper, a know-it-all bearer of bad news who oversees brides and grooms as they prove over and over that straight marriage can only end in heartbreak and homicide. It's designed, Waters not-really-jokes, for people "who delight in other people's misery." Episodes start airing tonight at 10 p.m.
Luckily it won't conflict with the new season of Dancing With the Stars, which will obviously be my ultimate guilty pleasure of the month. You know I'll be rooting for Lance Bass's straight best friend (every fag needs one!) Joey Fatone. Who's your not-so-secret favorite for the win?
