I'm partial to this new group of Out 100 honorees, probably because I spend way too much time in front of the TV. I'm extra excited about the group of gays helping to queer the Golden Age of Television from behind the scenes -- including Popnog faves like Greg Berlanti & Jon Robin Baitz from Brothers & Sisters and Queer as Folk/Torchwood creator Russell T. Davies .
And, in a year of revolving closet doors for TV actors, we can also offer one long-anticipated quiet confirmation: Noah's Arc star Darryl Stephens (above), who has declined to discuss his sexuality while playing a series of nuanced gay roles. He doesn't exactly talk about it, but he proudly joins the other queer honorees in our pages.
So go check out the next batch of Out 100 honorees -- The Channelers and the Serialists. And I was in such a Halloween haze yesterday -- I dressed up as my inner 15-year-old, which is, um, exactly like how I am on this blog every day of the year! -- that I missed announcing the great group of musicians we named Wednesday: The Frontmen and The Orchestra.

As a fan of Darryl's I am so excited to see him among your Out 100 Honorees. He is an amazing actor,a great role model, and he has a beautiful soul. Darryl is a private person and I respect that about him. Actions speak louder than words. His endless support of the Gay commmunity lets you know loud and clear what he is all about. He will always have my love and support.

Congrats to Darryl!!
I've adored him and loved his acting since the moment I first saw him in the 1st episode of Noah's Arc. I've loved him and respected him even more after I began reading his insightful blogs. Darryl has the complete package: Beauty, Intellect and integrity. He's always been an excellent role model for young folk. His fans loves and respects him. He truly deserves to be one of the Honorees.
