CSI: original cast member Jorja Fox left the series this week, but not before making this totally ridiculous statement:
"It's one of the hardest decisions I've made in my life," Fox told Entertainment Weekly. "It has nothing to do with my contract, nothing to do with money. ... It could be the stupidest thing I've ever done in my life. Only time will tell."
But Fox does acknowledge one immediate perk: "Now I can date my co-stars," she said Wednesday when she co-hosted "The View."
Hmm. Whoever could she mean? And we're supposed to believe they weren't allowed? What is this, the old Mickey Mouse Club?
Fox, who totally occupies that gloriously nebulous rarefied position where almost everyone can remember her at one point sort of maybe did she actually confirm sometimes she might like chicks but no one can find the evidence, did tell Curve (maybe?) back in June: "I think I have been in love with every one of my co-stars at a different time or another."
More than a few people took to that as some kind of confirmation of everything else she's hinted around but not answered since landing a leading role. Here's hoping she uses her new free agent status to play for as many teams as possible.

she's got a great smile.
