This is a blog about shameless love, people. That means if you too are slayed by the hot-hot-hotness of, say, Maja Ivarsson from The Sounds, you can and should leave those comments on the blog!
Not that I don't appreciate the many IMs, e-mails and generally excited screams in my direction I heard yesterday. (From more than a few boys, even -- "I don't even like girls," our intern said, but after transcribing the interview he was smitten.)
Here are a few outtakes from the interview, fully designed to push you over the edge of self-containment. Please don't keep it all inside. You'll only hurt yourself.

Out: What bands did you listen to growing up?
Maja Ivarsson: I have a brother and a sister that are older than me, so I listened to their music a lot when I was a kid. And my mom's a single mom, and we were kinda poor and she was working a lot, and she was in love with Bruce Springsteen. She was always talking about his arms, how sexy they were -- and she had a big American flag on the wall with him on it, which is quite tacky. But I remember hoping, Maybe he will meet my mom and she will be happy. Which is quite sad! And I remember Depeche Mode. I had no idea what they were singing about, because I didn't know English at the time, so I asked my brother if he could translate one of the songs. It's called "My Secret Garden" -- he tried to explain it to me, and I didn't like the lyrics. I was like, "Don't tell me anymore!"
Who was your childhood crush?
Gotta be Billy Idol, 'cause I had a wet dream about him, I think! I was 12 years old. I thought he was really hot.
What's your most regretted fashion choice?
When the fabric is see-through, almost like a weight lifter?
Mesh?
Yeah, like fishnet, but it's thick. I had a wife beater like that in black.
How old were you?
It's not that long ago! I mean, maybe six or seven years ago. But it's still bad.
What's the perfect song to have sex to?
Oh, dude, I don't know. We don't really have any songs like that.
Yours or some other band's. It doesn’t have to be yours.
No, no, no, I mean me and my...
You don't listen to a lot of music when you're having sex.
No. We don't -- it's just that -- I can't speak about that! But I should pick a good record, because you don't have time to get up and change the song all the time. The George Michael album with "Faith." What's it called?
Faith! Is there anything you hide when your mom comes over?
[Pause] Yes.
Can you tell me what it is?
Can I?
You can! Is your mom going to read this?
No. [Pause] Hash. [Laughs] That's what I hide.

I will be out and proud about my love for Maja Ivarsson! She's so cute and so hot and so goofy, at the same time! How is that possible? This does not seem possible. At one point during the show, I think I swooned. I think exposing anyone to Maja makes them like girls. Your intern got off light.
