> Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles is everything I wanted from Bionic Woman and didn't get. It's strong and surprising and sexy. It's well-written and well-acted (I'm even feeling forgiving towards Thomas Dekker, he's so good), and the fact that Arnold Schwarzenegger has been recast with Firefly's Summer Glau will never stop being a smart and delightful choice. Plus, when my TiVo chopped off the last minute of the premiere, I discovered that Fox's on-demand online video is blazing fast and extremely easy to navigate. You can watch both of the first two episodes in full on the site. (That's Lena Headey above, who ably fills Linda Hamilton's combat boots.)
> Rod 2.0 reports that Barack Obama and I have at least one very important thing in common: We think The Wire's Omar Little is the baddest bad-ass who ever walked the mean streets of B'more.
"Omar is a great guy," the senator tells the Las Vegas Sun. "That’s not an endorsement. He’s not my favorite person, but he’s a fascinating character."
Much more context if you listen to the accompanying audio interview. "He's this black, gay gangster who only robs drug dealers, and then gives back," Obama exlains in the audio interview. "He's the toughest, baddest guy on this show, but he's gay, you know. And it's really interesting."
> Spinning your wheels now that Gossip Girl is off on strike hiatus for the foreseeable future? The CW is going to be rerunning the series from the beginning starting January 29, and for New Yorkers or those visiting soon, Gridskipper has compiled a handy tour guide for the show, which unlike most is actually shot on location.

Oh sure, they're rerunning Gossip Girl - but if you want to watch the Winchester boys, you're out of luck.
CW is pulling Supernatural from the schedule once the four remaining written episodes are shown.
Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki are not only hotter, but can out-act anyone else on the network.

@ sinatra -- I totally meant to say up there that Terminator reminded me a lot of Supernatural, especially its pilot. (Very intense parents raising their kids to be soldiers against an evil no one else sees or believes in? Check and check.) And I completely agree those boys are both seriously hot and talented -- my understanding is the fate of all the shows is pretty up in the air, but that the show being yanked now during the strike doesn't spell certain death for the Winchesters.

I know they're not being cancelled - but it would be nice if the CW would actually show some support for the show once in a while.
Plus I love watching reruns, especially with Supernatural - there's always something you missed the first time you saw an episode. I'm just bummed there won't be any Winchesters on the air.
