While the gossip blogosphere has been getting high inhaling the fumes seeping from the already festering "Lindsay Lohan has a secret 13-year-old half sister!" story (we've refrained up until now -- we've never really been ones for huffing), Lindsay herself -- with Samantha Ronson in tow -- seems utterly unaffected by all the hubbub. In fact, she looks practically Zen -- and, might we add, very much in love in these new shots taken during a smoke break on the set of the film Labor Pains.
It's no secret that when it comes to Lindsay and Samantha, things can get a little gooey around these parts. Usually no more than 72 hours goes by without some variation on the following exchange:
Shana: Did you see the new pics of Linds & Sam?
Noah: Ooh. Shana! They are like real, live, walking and talking and hand holding lesbians!
Shana: I know! They are totally holding hands like girlfriends! Not like, I don't know -- not-girlfriends. It's kind of amazing.
And when you stop to think about it -- it is kind of amazing. The comments on Oh No They Didn't aren't "ew, why is Linds all lesbo now" -- they're more like, "Yay, she seems so much more happy and sane now that she has Sam!" Or maybe we're just so tired of our famous lesbians options consisting of Ellen, Rosie, or Melissa that we're just slaphappy to have a few new young, hot, F4F-inclined gals (who aren't Tila Tequila) around to gush about.
So, as long as Lindsay and Samantha want to keep holding hands and locking lips in front of the cameras, we'll keep bringing you the photos and the fallout. Because that's why we're here.
