The worst (best?) evidence of "damned if you do" we've seen in quite some time:
Apparently Lance Bass had so much chemistry with his Dancing with the Stars partner, Lacey Schwimmer, that TMZ feels it necessary to question his gay cred. Or rather his gayness itself:
Has Lance been pulling a "Chuck and Larry" this whole time just to bag girls? Lance Bass was all over his dance partner Lacey Schwimmer on "DWTS" last night -- and then left One Sunset with a car packed full of chicas afterwards. OK, so his BF was at the club too ... but they didn't go home together.
Uh, TMZ. If he was just in this to get girls he would have retired while king of the teen scene, married the president of his fan club (assuming that was actually a girl) and made his Mississippi-bred momma much, much happier.
I'm sure they'll have plenty to say about his kissy, spunky quickstep from Tuesday night's show, too.
(Fair warning: I am now going to refer to this as the reverse Pete Wentz effect.)
