ABC has declined, as they say, to renew three of its dramatic series -- all helmed by out gay executive producers/creators. The hit list:
> Pushing Daisies, Bryan Fuller's quirky love serial starring Lee Pace
> Eli Stone, Greg Berlanti's quirky lawyer serial starring Jonny Lee Miller (above)
> Dirty Sexy Money, Berlanti's -- nope, not really all that quirky, just a cooky family serial starring 12 or 14 amazing actors we love
That leaves Berlanti's Brothers & Sisters, Marc Cherry's Desperate Housewives and Silvio Horta's Ugly Betty still standing for Team Rainbow at ABC, and frankly none of them are turning in the kind of audiences that convince us they're safe from the ax, too. (We know, we know: there are still a number of high profile actors and reality contestants and judges representing for the 'mos, but it's not the same level of creative control as being the man upstairs.)
Are the gay days of Disney's most mature offspring coming to an end? Can we hope that some otherworldly ghost -- maybe as sung by George Michael -- will convince upper upper management to order new episodes anyway?

it's really cool .. ..!!!

Eli Stone is one of the best shows on TV today. So of COURSE the jackasses are cancelling it. Just like they do with every original, thoughtful, quality show.
