I hope no one here has been holding out for the chance to be the first out-and-about Mr. Aiken (Clay, that is, not Troy). Star mag is reporting the onetime almost-American Idol has found a man.
The lucky fella? Broadway dancer Reed Kelly.
"Everybody knows Reed as Clay's guy," a Broadway insider says of the Wicked ensemble member. "Clay met him when he was doing Spamalot in early 2008, and that's one of the reasons he came back to the show again."
The tab promises full coverage of "Reed's role in helping to raise Parker and their holiday plans (which include Clay's baby mama/BFF Jaymes Foster" in the next issue.
We've heard more than a few rumors recently about Aiken being keen -- perhaps overly eager is a better word? -- to collect a husband. We favor a six month's waiting period for the newly out before getting hitched, in the name of calm decision-making!

I just re-tasted my morning coffee a bit! The thought of this is cruel and unusual punishment... I know luv is blind, but no ones ever said it was retarded...

You obviously took this article from another website that messed up Troy's name--it's AIKMAN, NOT "Aiken". Geesh

@jean: No, sadly I can only blame that screw-up on myself. Duh. I think it's because sometimes they get a similarly dull stare when asked anything about their personal lives. Thanks for pointing it out.

He wasn't exactly public about it before, but Clay didn't seem to have a problem holding hands and cuddling up to his then boyfriend Virgo Degan a few years back. I was at a house party at Virgo's and Clay came in, laid down on the floor in front of the couch at the end of the night when we all gathered around to watch a DVD. That doesn't sound like a closet-case to me.
