Panic at the Disco is celebrating their '70s revival sound with a live CD/DVD and similarly retro-tinged documentary and limited edition book of Polaroids following each day the band spent on the road with the Honda Civic Tour.
Though drummer Spencer Smith (that's him in the bottom left corner) rarely speaks on stage and lends his dry, sardonic voice only occasionally to group interviews, he jumped at the chance to talk with Out again.
This time he sets the record not-so-straight about the band's politics, shares life advice from Snoop Dogg ("you can't smoke every day") and speculates just what Pete Wentz meant when he called his pet prodigies "totally gay." Hint: Spencer starts off by answering, "It's definitely true."

Hate the music, hate the way they want to be The Beatles real bad this year, but gotta give it up to them for being such a hit machine. That's just good marketing on their team's part. But come on fellas, just com out already! Be REAL leaders in your industry and your genre!
