Our buddy Arjan of arjanwrites.com (if you haven't checked out his site yet -- get going! He's got ridiculously good taste in music and dishes on up and coming acts way before anyone else -- plus he's adorable and has an accent -- what more could you want?) alerted us to Brazen's thumpy club remake of the Tina Turner hit "What's Love Got To Do With It."
This song is one of those classics that we never get tired of hearing no matter who's singing it, but we were even more excited to discover that the vocals are provided by none other than Mr. Adam Lambert. We're not exactly sure when he recorded the track (presumably before his star turn on American Idol), but we'd all but bet our lives on this sucker being spun nonstop at Pride parties all across this fine nation in the coming weeks.

Very interesting, thanks for posting. It's a fast paced version that I would think would be representative of the "electronic-pop/rock dance" music combo of which Lambert professes to love, with great vocal style so typical of Lambert. Wish there were more of those types of dance places in our small town community. Instead it's just one cow palace after another, where you can either drown in your beer or boot-scoot on home to the TV set, maybe try to start a fight with someone during a heated agreement.

That's bo-ring. I'll need a lot of drugs to think this is a worthy tune.

Great version. Love Aaron McLelland's work and Adam Lambert's vocals are a bonus.
