It is simple -- Muslims should not be allowed to serve in the military. You can not rightly be in the U.S. military and also believe in the Koran. What the US military is called to defend and what the Koran prescribes are based on contradictory sets of beliefs...Israel does not allow Muslims to serve in the army, which is a sensible move on their part. However, the Israeli army does allow gays to openly serve and here in the U.S. we don’t. We allow these barbarians to serve but not gays and it’s the exact opposite in Israel. Who do you think is making the smarter decision?

From the 'crazy' I am force-fed on the news [CNN, MSNBC, FOX], the crazy I hear in the media [Limbaugh, Beck], and read - like the post above - THIS COUNTRY IS DOOMED. We are not at war with terrorism, we are way too busy at war with each other. This country is broken and its government is broken, and I don't ever see it being fixed. Everyone is too fixated on fighting with each other. Shame too, used to be a nice place. Oh well, time to seek citizenship elsewhere and allow the US to devour itself...

This scares me. There are over 1.2 billion Muslims in this world and it is less than 1% that subscribes to this radicalism, so he wants to punish every person in a group for the actions of one or two.

Does this mean that when a few gay people do something wrong, we should discriminate them -- gay people should not be allowed to use public parks because they all want to have sex in the bathrooms or on the trails. If someone even introduced legislation, we would all be up at arms, but he is advocating the same thing.

HATE IS HATE regardless of who is the target -- gay, Muslim, Jew, African-American (need I go on?)

That is the same type of intolerant attitude that allowed for women to be discriminated against in voting rights prior to the 1920's, the same racist attitude that held African-American back as second class citizens, the same attitude that caused for the holocaust in WWII, the same attitude that keeps us gays& lesbians from being able to marry who we choose... The name of this common attitude is called ....HATE,,,You Mr. Lucas should be ashamed of yourself with as recognized as you are in the Gay adult film industry, you actually have the nerve to attempt to spread this poison. Perhaps Mr. Lucas you should do what your good at making gay porn!!! I myself a former member of the US Navy must say that 99.9% of Muslims I met serving abroad would give you the shirt off their back. So you just lumping all Muslims together like this is totally wrong, and you should apologize not just to the Muslim community but to everyone for making any statement that promotes discrimination.
