Where do you people get the notion that a sex tape is necessarily counter to Christian principles? If a Christian husband and wife want to record their frolics and watch them later, there is nothing wrong with it, as long as due diligence is given to the matter of keeping it out of the wrong hands.

What is in question in Prejean's case, of course, is that it was a boyfriend, not a husband, and most Christians would call that wrong; but it's not the sex tape; it's the sex itself. The tape is incidental.

Furthermore, there are quite a few sincere Christians who aren't absolutely dogmatic about it, particularly in the case of a couple engaged to be married having sex before the big day.

How many of the people so eager to tar and feather her now can claim they do so out of moral opposition to premarital sex? Yeah...

She did have sex without marriage; she did trust someone to respect her and keep it private.

But making the video, in and of itself, is not in any way contrary to Christian principles.

The real sinner is the S.O.B. that leaked it.
